Is lab work needed to start treatment?
How much weight can I lose in a given period?
Once you make an appointment, lab work results within the last three months can be uploaded to the patient portal. If none is available, we will order Lab work for you at $45 or you can get lab work through your Primary Care Provider.
The larger the BMI the bigger the weight loss results. Average is 5 lbs-15 lbs weight loss in a month. Actual weight lost is dependent on a number of factors but many clients lose around 5% of their initial body weight. Over 12 weeks, it can be as high as 10%. This equates to a weight loss of 10–20 pounds for a 200 pound person.Everyone is different though and the most successful patients also work hard to make diet and lifestyle changes. You can learn more at the following link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3928674/

What is the difference between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide targets both the GLP 1 and the GIP receptor agonist. But, semaglutide works by mimicking only the GLP 1 receptor agonist, which is produced by the gut after eating, to signal to the brain that you're full. In simpler terms, Tirzepatide results in greater weight loss than Semaglutide.
Notify your provider immediately if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, or shortness of breath. These could be symptoms of thyroid cancer.
Semaglutide/Tirzepatide is contraindicated if you or any of your family members have ever had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or if you suffer from an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
The safety and efficacy of combining semaglutide/Tirzepatide with other weight-loss products have not been established.
